Tom is an urban planning consultant with over 20 years’ professional experience in the property industry.
Tom’s experience includes an array strategic planning and policy implementation projects; as well as large-scale rezoning and major project approvals.
Tom’s knowledge of statutory planning enables him to formulate clear and unambiguous planning policy, as well as provide clients tailored advice on property positioning and approval strategies. He has a knowledge of the implementation of the Seniors Living, Build to Rent, Affordable Rental Housing and State and Regional Development as well as Land & Environment Court experience.
Tom has worked in private practice, however focused on working alongside State and Local Government for the main part of his career. Tom sits on the Property Council of Australia Residential Committee and has strong State and Local Government contacts, in addition to his deep industry connections.
Tom has led multi-disciplinary teams in large scale master planning and rezoning projects utilising both local and State planning pathways. He has a deep understanding of the processes involved in precinct planning, community and stakeholder engagement as well as balancing client and commercial drivers.

Jack has expertise in residential development, statutory planning and disaster resilience research. He applies a holistic approach to built form through a demonstrated understanding of building codes, planning instruments and sustainable design practices.

Jack has an undergraduate degree in Construction Management and the Built Environment from the University of Newcastle, and is currently studying a Master of Urban Planning and Master of Urban Design at the University of Technology Sydney.
