He has led the successful delivery of planning and development projects and has been responsible for a range of key strategic planning studies and rezonings, major project and state significant precinct approvals and master planning.
Tom’s knowledge of statutory planning enables him to formulate clear and unambiguous planning policy, as well as provide clients tailored advice on property positioning and approval strategies.
He has a knowledge of the implementation specifically of the Housing and Planning Systems SEPPs as it relates to residential, seniors, building to rent and affordable housing; well as Land & Environment Court experience.
Jim is an urban planning consultant with over 15 years’ professional experience in NSW and has worked on several significant and complex projects. Jim brings expertise in residential and commercial land use planning in CBDs, major centres and renewal sites.
Jim has a track record of successfully facilitating the approval of numerous state significant, regional and local development applications, rezonings and master plans. He has also acted as the competition manager for over 10 architectural design competitions.
Jim provides clear advice to clients on planning pathways for strategic and statutory projects to ensure the best chance of success. Jim has also represented clients as a planning expert in appeals to the Land & Environment Court.
Sarah is an urban planner with a recent Bachelor of City Planning (Hons) and a passion for strategic planning and policy formulation; having completed her thesis on Equity in the provision of Public Art.
Sarah has developed a strong capability in due diligence development feasibility and land use planning.
Sarah has experience in local and state significant residential projects in metropolitan Sydney and regional NSW.
Jack is an urban planning consultant with 10 years built environment experience.
Jack has expertise in residential development, statutory planning and disaster resilience. He applies a holistic approach to built form through a demonstrated understanding of building codes, planning instruments and sustainable design practices.
Jack has an undergraduate degree in Construction Management and the Built Environment from the University of Newcastle, and is currently studying a Master of Urban Planning and Master of Urban Design at the University of Technology Sydney.
Angelika is an urban planner with a passion creating positive and enduring urban places. She thrives on tackling urban planning challenges and finding solutions that contribute to well-functioning and sustainable communities. Her strong interest in social sustainability focusses on what makes cities attractive, safe and inclusive for everyone.
With a degree in Urban and Regional planning from Umea, Sweden, Angelika has gained valuable experience working in local municipality/government. She has developed a deep understanding of urban planning regulations and community-focused planning. In recent years, she has worked with both strategic and detailed planning in one of Sweden’s fastest growing cities.
